The Jubilee Big Lunch - 3rd June 2012

Come and join the Fun in Rectory Park Sutton Coldfield (Opposite Good Hope Hospital)

The event in the park is a joint collaboration between ASDA Minworth and Birmingham Parks Department.

We (Parties 2 Please) will be hosting an OPEN DAY for the Sutton Coldfield Cricket & Hockey Club based within Rectory Park, so why not come along, check out the club facilities, or ask about booking the club for a party or reception. Open Day 10.00am till 4.00pm 3rd June 2012)

Licensed Bar and food will be available so if you don't want to bring a picnic for the Big Lunch you can stop by and have a snack and refreshment at the club.

There will be a balloon release at around 2.45pm on the day and you can sponsor a balloon for donation of at least £2.00. A prize of £50.00 will be given to the sponsor of the balloon that travels the greatest distance. The winner will be decided on the 30th June 2012 from the tickets returned by that date.

ALL PROFITS from the balloon release will go to ASDA's nominated charity which is Fields in Trust (patron HM The Queen and president HRH The Duke of Edinburgh).

The day will be about using parkland, especially for sport and exercise.  So get the children and yourselves  down to the park on the 3rd June 2012 11.00am to 3.00pm and find out what's on offer.

Christmas Party!!!

Did you know it's only 191 days to Christmas (at the time of writing).
Have you booked your Christmas Party yet, probably not, but now is a good time to book your venue and get in before everyone else.  You will have a better choice of venues, and probably get better value for money.  Check back on our blog for up to date countdown to Christmas.
